The International House of Pancakes is suing another IHOP, the International House of Prayer, saying the church mission shouldn’t be allowed to take advantage of the restaurant chain’s famous name and acronym.
The Kansas City Star reports that the chain says it sued only after the church mission refused repeated requests to stop using the IHOP acronym.

The first complete topographic map of the moon and its craters has revealed details of billions of years of bombardment by asteroids, and the early history of our solar system. Among other things, the map confirms theories of an onslaught of massive asteroids around 3.9 billion years ago that likely evaporated any water present on Earth at the time.

For around $16 per month, a North Carolina company called SafeGuard sells “units of protection” that could be worth $1,250 if your marriage implodes in divorce. The company claims that it wants to help defray the costs associated with legal fees and finding a new home, but the insurance, called WedLock, comes with plenty of catches.
