Dad Pays Teen Daughter $200 to Quit Facebook
Paul Baier, a research consultant in Boston, is paying his 14-year-old daughter a cool $200 to quit the social network until summer, according to a post on his blog that has been making the rounds. Baier on Tuesday posted an image of the “Facebook Deactivation Agreement,” with his daughter, Rachael.
In the agreement (below), signed by both parties, the teen promised to deactivate the social network from this past Monday until June 26. In return, Baier will pay his daughter $50 in April and the remaining $150 in June, at the end of the five months.
