Police searching for “mystery pooper” caught in the act

According to Akron Police Lieutenant Rick Edwards, the man is in his mid-40’s and incidents like this have been reported since May 2012.

19 reports have been filed in total and the cars have been damaged on the outside, the door handles and the interior, if they were left unlocked.

University installs prototype ‘pee power’ toilet

A prototype toilet has been launched on a UK university campus to prove that urine can generate electricity, and show its potential for helping to light cubicles in international refugee camps.

Students and staff at the Bristol-based University of the West of England are being asked to use the working urinal to feed microbial fuel cell (MFC) stacks that generate electricity to power indoor lighting.

Lockheed Laser Weapon Destroys Truck From a Mile Away

Witness the firepower of this fully armed and operational laser from Lockheed Martin. The victim: a small truck, which was disabled “in a matter of seconds” from more than a mile away by the device.

The 30-kilowatt laser burned through the truck’s engine manifold while the vehicle was mounted on a test manifold, the company announced earlier this week. While not ready for the battlefield yet, Lockheed Martin thinks its laser is destined for greater things.
