Lamebook Sues Facebook Over Trademark Infringement
I guess you could call this One for the Books, or not. Facebook is being preemptively sued by Lamebook over trademark infringement. Lamebook is a parody website of Facebook.
Lamebook is a satirical site which allows Facebook users to submit funny status updates or events they’ve seen or been involved in. It’s from the same family of sites as Regretsy (which mocks Etsy listings) and People Of Walmart (which features photos of strange people who shop at Walmart)
