Which Crashes More? Apple Apps or Android Apps

A new study of smartphone apps between Android and Apple conducted over a two month period came up with some surprising results. Android apps crashed far less than Apple by a three to one ratio. If you are really into charts and graphs, you will be in heaven.
Crittercism’s crash survey analyzed more than 214 million different app launches between November and December of 2011 to determine the source of most app crashes.

Well, it looks like the third Riddick movie is still chugging along. Sure it’s had its share of problems, you know like having the whole production being stopped and locked out of the studio due to money issues. That’s all in the past now and we are inching closer and closer to learning more about who Riddick is, or at the very least what he looks like in this third installment. Vin Diesel was nice of enough to release an image via his Facebook of him in character to the internet, tagged with “Grateful for the opportunity to make magic… Thank you.”

Kodak to Stop Making Digital Cameras

First, the company watched demand for traditional photographic film collapse. It stopped manufacturing film cameras in 2004 and made its final roll of 35mm colour film in 2009.
It also saw smartphones eat into the lower end of the digital camera market. Just six years ago, Kodak was one of the three leading digital camera makers in the world.
Kodak’s chief executive and chairman Antonio Perez has reportedly decided that the company’s future lies in the digital printer business.
