Web Tube – Television To Internet Converter

This is the device that converts your television into an Internet browser. It plugs into any television equipped with an HDMI port using the included cable, communicating with a wired or wireless home Internet connection.

The television’s screen displays a proprietary web browser that uses a virtual keyboard controlled from the included remote. In addition to displaying the time, weather, and calendar, the screen also includes bookmarks for popular websites such as YouTube and Google Maps.

The Water Powered Clock

Requiring no batteries or AC plug, this is the alarm clock powered entirely by water. The reservoir holds 28 oz. of tap water and its internal electrolytic “engine” converts the water’s electrons into an electrical current that powers the clock for up to 12 weeks. A fresh watering of the clock continues operation–an internal memory chip retains the clock’s time during a refill so resetting the time isn’t necessary.

Man Hospitalized After Droid 2 Screen Explodes in His Ear

This story gives new meaning to the wireless phone advertisement “Can you hear me now”? The question now is “can you hear at all”? For no apparent reason, a brand new phone just up and exploded in the man’s ear. I suppose you could just chalk this one up to Droid Rage.
