Microsoft is aiming for October to release the commercial version of Windows 8, based on comments attributed to a Microsoft spokeswoman at CES. Five musicians on one guitar – Somebody That I Used to Know – Cover
A Burlington-based band has captured social media lightning in a bottle with their unique video featuring five musicians performing a song on one guitar.
Walk off the Earth does write and perform original material, but it is a cover of “Somebody That I Used to Know,” originally sung by Gotye featuring Kimbra, that is racking up the hits on YouTube. The video has been viewed more than 4.5 million times since it was posted on Jan. 5.

Feel trapped? Never fear, the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering is here. Emulating why cool college teachers have been taking their students to the chemistry green for ages, the German researchers have created a ceiling with fluctuating lighting that acts as a virtual sky, simulating the light patterns and cloud cover that one may see if they can ever get a seat by that window with the shade.
